Defining the project scope
We begin by understanding your platform configuration (including gray or white labeling) and define the scope of clients we co-implement. We can be as hands-on as you need us to be.
Configuring the platform for and with you
We set up the data model according to your needs: G2N mapping, importing your calendars, setting exchange rates, GL mapping, local provider templates, and a demo environment for sales purposes. We do this together.
In-depth training of your users
As our platform is fully self-service for you to administer and configure, we deliver in-depth training and users. This can be done virtual, in-person, or a mix; we tailor it to your needs. We also offer a broad range of training materials, such as guides and videos, with each new release.
